Home to Nissan, MG, GWM Haval, Suzuki, Mahindra, plus a huge line up of quality Used Vehicles for all budgets we are very excited to be on the hunt for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to take our dealership used vehicle sales to the next level

Brisbane's most famous used car business SALTERS CARS now also located in Beaudesert requires a strong Sales Manager to lead from the front.  With an expansive yard, access to ample stock across all our sites Group Stock) , high volume online leads plus our local walk-in's makes this role extremely financial rewarding.

High volume, high finance penetration and a high aftermarket result - Salters Cars has the ability - to outsell all other used car businesses. With the largest stock holding and the biggest name in Queensland for Used Cars - we have been synonymous with selling quality vehicles with an excellent customer experience since 1974.

You must have USED car experience and driven by managing a successful sales team whilst ensuring you achieve the set targets in all areas of the business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A proven track record of used vehicle sales and sales management to meet and exceed targets

  • Strong leader able to grow and develop Sales Consultants from Trainees

  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box for our customers

  • Exceptional customer service skills and eager to work as part of a collaborative team

  • Experience in dealing with large volumes of enquiry

  • Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants
