About the role

PACE INTERIORS PTY LTD is seeking a full-time Blind/Curtain Installer to join our team based in Tullamarine, VIC. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of blinds, curtains and other window treatments for our retail and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Professionally install and maintain a variety of window furnishings, including blinds, curtains and tracks
  • Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service on every installation
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a blind or curtain installer, in a retail or commercial environment
  • Strong practical and technical skills, with the ability to follow installation instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence
