Conveniently located just off the Canning Highway in a residential street, Busy Bees at East Fremantle provides a calming, home-like environment for the children and staff.

Our Service is seeking a passionate & creative Early Childhood Teacher to deliver our Kindergarten Program. If you are an ECT with a passion for creating innovative learning environment and programs and are looking for an opportunity to display your leadership skills, this is the role for you

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
• A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
• First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.
• Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.
• Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

• Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood settings.
• Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.
• Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
• Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
• Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
