The Position: Casual Opportunity
As a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant you will work together with Diversional Therapists to plan and deliver an engaging and dynamic lifestyle program for the Maddocks Gardens Community. To be successful in this role you will work with the Leisure and Lifestyle team to ensure that group activities meet the needs of the residents, enhancing their quality of life.

What you need:

  • Certificate lll in Aged Care or Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge to provide valuable and appropriate individual and group activities
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a cohesive, supportive and collaborative team
  • Passion and commitment for aged care with the capacity to advocate for the best interests of residents
