Key responsibilities
- Define and own the technical vision for a modern, scalable cloud platform
- Design, code, review and release full‑stack solutions with React, (TypeScript) and AWS
- Balance speed, quality, security and cost when making technical decisions
- Work closely with Product, Design and Data to turn concepts into shippable features
- Champion best practice in automated testing, CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Mentor engineers and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
About you
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or major projects in a growth environment
- Strong hands‑on skills with React (or similar) and
- Solid knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or RDS, and CloudFormation/CDK or Terraform
- Comfortable designing distributed systems, APIs and microservices
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Passionate about clean code, testing and incremental delivery
