Flooring Sample Cutter and Packer

Our client is a national floorcovering wholesale distribution company servicing Australia for over 50 years. It prides itself in customer satisfaction by offering world class products delivered by their dedicated team.

We are pleased to be recruiting for a flooring sample cutter and packer to join their team on a part-time basis. This role would suit someone semi-retired or looking to lesson their hours.

The role would be approximately 4hrs per day, 3-5 days per week (negotiable and flexible on hours and days).

Working in the samples room the successful candidate would be responsible for assisting the Samples Manager in getting flooring samples ready for their client's.

Duties would include:

· Cutting and preparing flooring samples (such as vinyl and timber)

· Wrapping and labelling samples on pallets ready for dispatch

· Keeping a well organised and clean sample room

Requirements

To be considered:

· Experience using tools for cutting such as a tradie or handyman

· Safety conscious

· Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg

· Would suit someone local, semi-retired or looking to semi retire but still wanting to still work and be part of a great team
