South East Queensland Hauliers is a full service wharf logistics provider based in Hemmant, 5 minutes from the Port of Brisbane. Founded in the 1960's, SEQH have grown to become one of the largest import/export wharf carriers whilst still remaining a family owned and operated business.

SEQH reside on company owned sites in both Hemmant and Toowoomba. Both of which are undergoing 2025 planned infrastructure developments that have been initiated by genuine growth. It's an exciting time to join

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a current HC/MC class License.
  • At least 1 year experience in load restraint, strapping, and specialized freight handling is required.
  • Prior Side Loader Road Train Experience is highly regarded.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to safety.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislative requirements, including the Chain of Responsibility.
  • Evidence/copy of 5-year Traffic History.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport cargo to and from our Hemmant depot.
  • Accurately complete timesheets and provide documentation to the Transport Fleet Allocator. Coordinate container movements and deliveries with customers.
  • Follow schedules, road laws, and safety regulations. Perform pre-start checks and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to Chain of Responsibility, including load restraint and fatigue management.
