About Us

Farmyard Kids is a family-owned early learning centre located in the Bega Valley. Our service provides children with a unique learning experience in natural farm style surroundings, with animals, gardens, and outdoor adventures. We are passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun place for children to grow and thrive.

Positions Available

We are currently looking for:

  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
  • Diploma Qualified Educator
  • Certificate III Educator
  • Certificate III Trainee (study while you work)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
  • Support daily routines, environments, and transitions.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to programming, documentation, and reflective practice.
  • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in the centre.
  • (For Trainees) Learn on the job while completing your Certificate III.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
  • For Trainees: no experience needed — just enthusiasm and commitment to learning
