What You'll Do

  • Own the 12-month rolling master schedule and weekly plan across fitters, fabrication, electrical and QC.
  • Balance labour, materials and bays; run "what-if" scenarios to de-risk bottlenecks and slips.
  • Maintain freeze windows and change control; publish schedule updates every week.
  • Partner with Sales/Engineering for readiness; sync with Admin for ERP accuracy; align dates with CX before they go to customers.
  • Track utilisation, completions and risks; provide clear, actionable reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years in production/project scheduling (automotive, fabrication, manufacturing or similar).
  • Confidence with ERP/MRP (WorkGuru/SimPRO/Pronto or similar) and strong Sheets/Excel chops.
  • Calm, fact-based communicator; assertive when priorities conflict.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and respect for safety, quality and process.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to 4x4, accessories, or engineered-to-order environments.
  • Basic BI/reporting (Data Studio/Power BI) skills.
