Dispensary Technician

Our Usher pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated and highly organized Dispensary Technician to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation.

Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:

· Accurately dispense prescriptions

· Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times

· Actively assist the Pharmacists' in providing service and product information to patient's including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information

· Assisting with Dose Administration Aids and compounding

· Providing support to other team members

· Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area

Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable whilst previous pharmacy dispensing experience or lab experience or science background is essential.
