Graduate Solicitor / Junior Solicitor – Personal Injury

We are currently seeking a motivated and switched-on
Graduate Solicitor / Junior Solicitor
to join our team and work closely with our Managing Director, an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in litigation while working under the guidance of an industry expert.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Liaising directly with clients and providing a high level of service and care.
• Managing diaries, scheduling, and case progression.
• Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and court documents.
• Assisting with monthly billing and trust accounting processes.
• Conducting file reviews, case preparation, and ensuring compliance with practice standards.
• Handling administrative tasks including scanning, emailing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Demonstrate

• The ability to work on a full-time basis.
• Prior exposure to litigation or personal injury law (highly regarded).
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications.
• A client-focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience using LEAP software (essential).
• Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, both internally and externally.
• A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented nature.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
• The ability to speak another language (preferred but not essential).
