Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care & customer service, answering questions and easing concerns
• Collect biological specimens (blood, urine, etc.) in a safe, professional manner
• Label, handle, and process samples in line with strict protocols
• Maintain a clean and organised collection environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or customer service. A Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection is highly regarded.
• Confidence to work independently, including in solo collection centres
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn and enjoy variety in your day
• A current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before end of Probation period)
• Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive paid training program and receive an SNP training certificate on completion.
