About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our team, working closely with our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.

You'll support a varied caseload of NDIS participants and Support at Home clients, assisting with the delivery of rehabilitation programs in our modern clinic and offsite locations.

This role is open to part time or full time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Therapy Support

  • Deliver therapy and rehab services under the guidance of our therapists (in-clinic and offsite)
  • Assist with hydrotherapy sessions and group exercise classes
  • Help maintain a safe, tidy, and organised gym area
  • Support podiatry sterilisation processes (training provided)

Administrative & Team Support

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, bookings, and general enquiries
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and stock management
  • Support therapists and admin staff with general clinic operations

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • National Police Clearance, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening (Or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and well-organised
  • Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Highly Desirable

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
  • Current student in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Experience as a Therapy Assistant or in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with NDIS
  • Current First Aid / CPR
  • Pilates qualification
