Downer's Energy & Utilities business has a full-time permanent opportunity for a Workshop Boilermaker to join our team located in Hexham, NSW. This position provides the successful candidate with the chance to be part of our growing team in an inclusive and safe environment. We offer a variety of fabrication projects across light, medium, and heavy engineering, including structural steel, frames, and plate work.

ABOUT YOU

• Trade Qualified: Hold a Boilermaker trade qualification with experience working within the heavy industry.

• Technically Proficient: Skilled in metal fabrication with the ability to interpret detailed drawings and possessing a diverse range of workshop fabrication skills.

• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.

• Site Qualifications: Hold full working rights in Australia, White Card and Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
