We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Part-time Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at the 5.11 retail store in Bankstown. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about retail, tactical and outdoor gear and creating outstanding shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting and advising customers on product selection based on their needs.

Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of 5.11 product lines and features.

Educate customers on the functionality, benefits and appropriate use of our products.

Sales:

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Promote add-on sales by recommending complementary products.

Merchandising:

Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.

Assist with product displays, replenishment and maintaining store cleanliness.

Operations:

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and receiving deliveries.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
