About the Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Lead Energy Rater - Residential to join the team, in this position you'll:

  • Lead complex residential energy rating projects, setting the standard for technical excellence.
  • Combine hands-on project delivery with strategic input on department operations and client relationships.
  • Be responsible for managing complex client relationships
  • Translate technical complexity into clear client solutions
  • Be involved with mentoring talented professionals

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience within the sector you'll have/be:

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated residential energy rating experience
  • Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
  • Expert-level HERO software proficiency (ability to model complex residential designs and troubleshoot technical issues)
  • A deep understanding of NCC Volume 2 (VURBs preferred, but not essential), and Victorian regulations
  • Current NatHERS accreditation (valid and up-to-date with all required continuing professional development)
  • The ability to translate complex technical information into clear client solutions
  • Natural leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • A proven track record of managing complex client relationships
  • Consistent achievement of project deadlines with precision
