About the Company:

Our client is a global leader in the packaging, paper, glass, and resource recovery industries, providing high quality, innovative and sustainable packaging products and solution. 

Due to expansion in their regional area our client is seeking to bring on multiple MC drivers.

Location:Bendigo, Victoria 3550

Roster: 10-12 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Day shift available, 4am or 6am start

Night shift available, 4pm or 6pm start

Pay Rate: $ $

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering chicken feed to regional chicken farms.
  • Trips are usually about 2 hours with deliveries in regional areas.
  • Drivers will be driving A doubles, with road train experience.
  • Responsible for accurate logbook keeping.
  • Ensure safe operation of the truck and comply with road and workplace safety standards.
  • Perform basic pre-start vehicle checks and report maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid MC Licence
  • Drivers who have civil / tanker / tipper highly regarded
  • Mechanical minded
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Must provide a clean driving record from VicRoads
