At &Dalecki, we create homes that feel effortless, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

To keep our leadership team focused on what we do best, design and relationships, we are looking for a part-time Studio Coordinator/Assistant to support us with the day-to-day administration of the studio.

This is a dedicated
admin support role reporting to the Studio Manager and Leadership Team

. The role is all about organisation, support, and detail. It exists to take essential but time-consuming admin tasks off the plates of leadership so they can focus on growth, clients, and relationships.

This role is
primarily in person at our Perth studio

, as many of the tasks require being in studio (coordinating suppliers, stocking, event support, client gifts, watering plants, etc.). There is some flexibility for remote tasks, but the expectation is that most hours will be spent in person with the team.

  • Studio Operations
    – managing supplies, subscriptions, client gifts, and keeping the plants alive
  • Schedule Operations
    – coordinating supplier visits, bookings, and reminders
  • Marketing Support
    – scheduling posts, proofreading, updating the website, and supporting award submissions and campaigns (like our wine club)
  • Team and Culture Support
    – helping plan events, celebrations, and studio rituals
  • Photoshoot and Campaign Coordination
    – booking stylists and photographers and organising shoot days

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and admin skills
  • Previous office experience is required, ideally in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Comfortable juggling a mix of finance, operations, and marketing support
  • A proactive, reliable person who can anticipate needs and get things done
  • Available for 2 shorter days (school hours or study-friendly) with some remote work possible
  • Confidence with digital tools, ideally including:
  • Xero
    (invoicing and reconciliations)
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets)
  • Asana
    (task and project management)
  • Adobe Suite (
    Photoshop/InDesign)
  • Social media scheduling platforms
    (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Squarespace or website CMS
    (basic content updates)

The details

  • Hours:
8–12 per week (part-time or casual)
  • Location:
    Perth-based, mostly in person
  • Pay:
$35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

This is a role that will grow with us, with the chance to shape how you support the studio over time.
