Sushi Chef

Front of House duties and responsibilities :

• Maintain a customer centric service that represents the Sushi Hub brand
• Ensure the workplace is clean and tidy while meeting food and hygiene requirements
• Assist with closing and opening of the store when required & other Ad Hoc duties
• Maintain a working knowledge of Sushi Hub products to meet consumers dietary requirements
• Operate POS machine & handle cashier duties

Sushi Chef duties and responsibilities :

• Prepare Sushi & other menu items
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation & ensure the stores overall tidiness
• Ensure the ingredients are stored in accordance with food safety regulations
• Maintain a working knowledge of Sushi Hub products to meet consumers dietary requirements
• Assist team members with additional duties such as preparation for opening and cleaning before closing
• Project the Sushi Hub Brand image when serving customers

No experience is required (although highly regarded) for the sushi chef role, if you are the right candidate with a can do can learn attitude we will provide on the job training

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in the customer service
• Experience operating cashier duties will be highly regarded
• Experience as a sushi chef will be highly regarded
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts, late shift & early shifts
