Waterproofer

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofer with good hands-on skills in the application of both liquid membrane and sheet membrane systems. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying waterproofing materials to various areas (including wet areas, basements, rooftops, etc), and ensuring work meets industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply liquid and sheet membrane waterproofing systems to a variety of substrates.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and repairing as required.
• Carry out detailing to joints, penetrations, and corners to ensure full waterproofing coverage.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team on construction and remedial projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in applying liquid and sheet membrane systems.
• Knowledge of waterproofing standards and safe work practices..
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
