Frontend Engineer (Equity / Revenue Share) — Early Stage AI Startup

Role:
Frontend Engineer (Part-time or Full-time)

Location:
Sydney preferred

Compensation:
Equity or Revenue-Share Model
(commission on closed customers or raised funds).

This is a
founding team-level opportunity,
not a typical job.

What You'll Work On

• Build our
  web app experience
  (React / / Tailwind / Vite)
• Design
  clean, delightful UI flows
  for search, chat, and knowledge tools
• Work closely with product + AI team to shape
  new interaction patterns
  (multi-agent chat, memory UI, knowledge graphs, etc.)
• Rapid prototyping → live user feedback → iterate fast

What We're Looking For

• Strong Frontend Fundamentals
  — clean code, components, state flow
• Eye for
  simple, beautiful UX
• Comfortable in
  rapid prototypes & scrappy early build cycles
• Curious, proactive, and enjoys co-creating product direction
• Bonus
  : Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, design systems
