ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate
Retail Sales Assistants
to join the team at our
Brand Collective Footwear
store in
Myer Bondi
.

You will play a vital role in representing our brands, engaging customers, and contributing to a warm, inclusive, and knowledgeable in-store experience.

This is a hands-on sales role that involves actively working on the shop floor to help meet sales and KPI targets, while also maintaining high standards in store presentation and operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Delivering an authentic and memorable customer experience through deep product knowledge and warm service
  • Acting as a Brand Collective ambassador, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to customer needs
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation in line with visual merchandising standards
  • Supporting your Store Manager with store administration and cleanliness tasks
  • Keeping a well-organised stock room, including retrieving stock from ladders (must be comfortable with this)
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of product features across multiple brands, including footwear, apparel, and accessories

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have customer service experience (retail is a plus, but not essential)
  • You're passionate about delivering genuine, personalised experiences
  • You're confident in advising customers and building meaningful connections
  • You bring strong communication, organisation, and listening skills to the team
  • You're comfortable lifting up to 10kg unassisted and managing stock control duties
  • You love working in a team and are eager to grow with a leading retail group
