The Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and manage all contractual, commercial and financial aspects of construction projects across WA and SA. Working closely with senior leadership and project delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in contract negotiation, administration, cost control and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • 8+ years' experience in contracts/commercial management within building construction
  • Demonstrated experience across major industrial and/or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontract agreements, claims, variations and cost reporting
  • Proven ability to drive commercial strategy, manage risk and ensure contractual compliance
  • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement and commercial advisory support
  • Ability to review, interpret and administer contract terms and legal documentation
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously across multiple regions
