About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in accordance with design specifications and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Detailed high end garden Maintenance
· Pruning, fertilising, mulching, and pest management.
· Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery.
· Assessing soil conditions and recommending plant species and garden designs suited to site conditions
· Liaising with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met
Skills
· Minimum 2 years experience in landscape gardening, horticulture, or a similar trade
· Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscaping preferred
· Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour outdoors
· Valid Australian driver's licence
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
