We are seeking a high quality motivated and passionate Physiotherapist for a Full-time position , who has a desire to work in a long established company in community physiotherapy services and Clinics. Remuneration will be based on experience with an attractive pay package (above award wages) including performance based bonuses. The position will suit a new graduate or experienced therapist.

Recoup physio Melbourne founded by two friends who are passionate about rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Both the founders offers a wealth of experience and physiotherapy of which guides Recoup Physio care care towards a person centred approach for all clients . Recoup physio care puts their clients need first in order for them to retrain and regain to the best of their abilities. Recoup Physio Care is registered with NDIS for Allied health services .And are providing Physiotherapist , occupational therapist and Exercise physiologist for clinic based and community /home based clients . Our main area of work is community physiotherapy including home age care and NDIS clients.

Annual salary offer ranges from $73150 to $ 85000 plus 11% superannuation

• The position is suitable for both experienced physiotherapists and new graduates however our No.1 and most important criteria is finding an applicant that aligns with our treatment and company culture, values and beliefs.
• You must be confident and assertive but show humility
• You must pay attention to detail and communicate with clarity
• You must be open and coachable and willing to learn a wide variety of treatment methods
• You will take ownership of your case load and ensure all clients receive an excellent service
• Have a desire to succeed in private practice and make a commitment to continued learning and ongoing skills development
• You are friendly and must be able to have a laugh
• You hold the line and persevere until you achieve your goals
• You bring positivity to your role
• You will be required to work hard and immerse yourself in our vision – which is to provide gold class service and the best outcomes for our patients.
• You must have a recognised undergraduate or master's degree level physiotherapy qualification and have current AHPRA registration, an Australian drivers licence and professional indemnity insurance.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• At least 1 year of private practice experience (those with less experience are still encouraged to apply)
• Dedication to growing the business long-term
• People management or team leadership experience (preferred but not essential)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Physiotherapists Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that your patients get the outcome promised to them
• Participate in our in house training education
• Successfully retain and build a strong caseload of patient
• Participate in content creation for our promotion and marketing
