Licensed Electrician – Solar PV & Battery Systems (Victoria)

We are seeking skilled and licensed electricians to join our progressive and forward-thinking renewable energy team, specialising in residential solar PV and battery storage installations across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete end-to-end installations of solar PV and battery systems in residential settings, following all design and technical specifications.
  • Ensure full compliance with Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 4777, and AS/NZS 5033.
  • Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to deliver reliable and high-performing systems.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and compliance reports for every project.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear guidance on system use, maintenance, and after-installation support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project delivery and uphold the company's commitment to safety and quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and emerging solar technologies.

Requirements
  • Current A-Grade Electrician Licence (Energy Safe Victoria).
  • Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) or Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation for Solar PV Installation – essential.
  • SAA/CEC Battery Storage Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 4777, and AS/NZS 5033.
  • Compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and the company's OHS procedures.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to installation sites across Victoria.
  • White Card (CPCWHS1001) – Construction Induction.
  • Work Safely on Roofs with Renewable Energy Systems (VU23631) qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must have valid Australian work rights (permanent, temporary, or subcontractor).
