Job Description

With embedded design, engineering, and product capability, this consultancy tackles complex, high-value transformation work across energy, retail, healthcare, BFSI, and the public sector. You'll join an established transformation and leadership team delivering impactful work that builds long-term client partnerships.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll lead sales strategy and steer delivery from insight to execution. You'll directly influence the firm's go-to-market approach and expand your leadership profile within a broader portfolio environment.

The business is redefining customer experience and service transformation for Australia's mid-market enterprises.

Key opportunities include:

  • Leading major accounts and delivering CX and service transformation programs ($250k–$1.5M)

  • Turning operational and customer pain points into practical, design-led service models

  • Originating and closing new consulting engagements while mentoring others to do the same

  • Owning strategic accounts, crafting pursuit strategies, and negotiating commercial terms

  • Collaborating with platform, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Elevating market presence via thought leadership and C-suite advocacy

What you'll need:

  • A strong background in customer or digital transformation consulting

  • Deep CX strategy skills — journey mapping, blueprinting, and operating models

  • Proven ability to lead and close complex, multi-capability transformation deals

  • Executive presence and credibility with mid-market enterprise clients

  • A seller–doer mindset with confidence post-sale to steer delivery

  • Leadership qualities that bring structure, energy, and commercial rigour
