We're looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our team. The role includes taking customer orders, preparing smoothies, açai bowls, soft serve, basic food handling, and helping with light kitchen prep.

We are looking for a positive, energetic and reliable Front of House Staff Member to join our growing café team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is confident with both front-of-house duties and light kitchen tasks.

About the Role

As a Front of House All-Rounder, you will:

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Prepare smoothies, juices, açai bowls and soft serve
• Handle food safely and follow hygiene standards
• Assist with basic kitchen prep (cutting fruit, prepping toppings, simple food assembly)
• Maintain a clean and organised service area
• Use the POS system efficiently
• Support the team during busy periods
• Work well both independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers
• Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene (or willingness to learn)
• Availability for weekends is a bonus
