What you'll do:
We're looking for a Supplier Performance & Governance Analyst to join our Merchandise team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll partner closely with Category teams across Wesfarmers Health's retail pharmacy channels, supporting strong commercial governance and optimisation of supplier trading terms. Your work will directly contribute to profitable outcomes, compliant supplier arrangements, and high-quality commercial decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing supplier trading terms and contracts, ensuring alignment with governance standards and retail pharmacy requirements
- Supporting supplier onboarding, engagement frameworks, and dispute resolution processes
- Acting as custodian of the Cost Price Process, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Preparing Confidential Trading Agreements (CTAs) and benefit calculation sheets for new and renewed supplier agreements
- Delivering accurate reporting on negotiation progress, rebates, supplier investment, and performance outcomes
- Managing supplier communications, maintaining accurate contact and contract records, ensuring positive engagement outcomes
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a merchandise buying, finance, or marketing role in Retail, Pharmacy, or FMCG
- Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, MicroStrategy, Power BI)
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of retail franchise model implications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law
