About the role

Rodd & Gunn, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking energetic and passionate Christmas Casual Stylists to join their team at the Pacific Fair store in Broadbeach, Queensland. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect Rodd & Gunn apparel and accessories to suit their style and needs. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to accommodate the busy holiday shopping season.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing personalised and attentive customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right products by understanding their preferences and needs
  • Maintaining a well-presented and visually appealing store environment
  • Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is always customer-ready
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Adhering to Rodd & Gunn's brand standards and policies

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion and style
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure during peak periods
