Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III, Diploma or ECT

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Cert III, Diploma, or ECT qualified) to join our supportive and enthusiastic team.

About the Role

As an educator with us, you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds during their most important years. You'll work collaboratively with our team to:

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity.
  • Build strong, respectful, and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and included.
  • Support children's wellbeing, development, and learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Actively uphold and promote Child Safe Standards, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children is at the heart of everything you do.
What We're Looking For
  • Completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT).
  • Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development.
  • A positive, creative, and collaborative attitude.
  • A genuine commitment to child safety and inclusion.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
