About the role

10X Grooming is seeking an experienced and talented Head Groomer to join our team in Manly, NSW. As Head Groomer, you will be responsible for leading our grooming team and ensuring the highest standards of pet care and customer service. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead a team of professional pet groomers
  2. Provide exceptional grooming services to a wide range of pets, ensuring their comfort and safety
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their pets' individual needs and preferences
  4. Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked grooming facility
  5. Develop and implement grooming protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  6. Assist with the management of schedules, appointments and client communication
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest grooming trends, techniques and equipment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer
  2. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise a team
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
  5. Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the best possible care
  6. Relevant grooming certifications or qualifications preferred
