The company

Our client is a top class multidiscipline engineering consultancy with longstanding pedigree within the QLD building structures market.

They have built a very successful business off the back of delivering a very high standard of work within complex, buildings and civil engineering projects.

They complete projects within, healthcare, education, high rise, industrial and commercial sectors.

The business has a flat structure, open door policy as well as providing full workplace flexibility and work life balance.

The role

Due to growth within their structures division in Brisbane they are currently searching for an experienced Structural Engineer for a role to work on a range of buildings projects within QLD.

Working closely with the QLD Buildings Lead, this role will work across a range of projects and will run, produce and oversee / manage detailed and concept design on a range of building structures projects as well as guiding and mentorship of junior staff whilst also contributing to the overall culture of the team.

This role will work closely with their clients and will have a pathway to Principal available as the role grows and develops.

  • Client interface

The requirements

  • Degree in Structural Engineering

  • RPEQ preferred

  • 3 years + Experience in the structural design of buildings projects

  • Interest in client facing

  • Desire to take a lead on projects
