My name is Jacqui, I am a young 54 year old. I have been living with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) for over 35 years and I am in a wheelchair. I'm a very positive person who is looking for a fun, healthy and very reliable female carer. I need help with all personal care and every day household duties, gardening, cleaning, shopping, meal prep, ect. You must be able to understand and speak English really well. 

The shifts available are:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 4pm

I need people who are honest, reliable, committed, and who can be flexible with their availability and can do relief shifts. Looking for someone who can commit long term.  Immediate start.

Requirements: NDIS Screen Check - Orientation Modules - Manual Handling - First Aid - Non-Smoker - Drivers License.

I'm south of the river in Brentwood, just off Leach Highway.
