We're on the lookout for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join the Lox fam at our Coogee shop. You'll be working hand in hand with the Venue Manager, making sure the kitchen runs smoothly and our food is always on point.

We've got a fun, supportive team and a buzzing environment, the perfect place for someone who loves food, hospitality, and good vibes.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role

A genuine passion for food, service, and people

Strong leadership and organisation skills

Someone who thrives in a fast paced kitchen and can keep the team motivated

Reliability and consistency

What you'll be doing

Running day to day kitchen operations

Working closely with the Venue Manager to keep service smooth

Managing prep levels, ordering, and stock

Training and supporting the team

Ensuring food quality and standards are always high
