Housekeeper / Housemanager For A Private Residence in Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous HOUSEKEEPER / HOUSE MANAGER to ensure the smooth running of a beautifully appointed residence in Teneriffe for one Principal. This part-time role is ideal for a discreet and highly capable professional, who understands the unique standards and expectations of working within a private household.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, exceptionally organised, and able to maintain and clean the home to an immaculate standard with minimal direction, which will include laundry, drycleaning, grocery and personal shopping/errands, liaising with tradesman etc. A deep respect for privacy and confidentiality is essential, along with the ability to communicate professionally with the principal, building management, and external service providers as needed.

The principal travels extensively for 4–5 months of the year, during which time, you will be required to continue to care for and maintain the home. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Detailed cleaning of all areas of the home to a consistently high standard
  • Laundry care including washing, ironing and organising wardrobes
  • Managing dry cleaning – drop-off and collection
  • Grocery shopping and pantry/fridge organisation
  • Liaising with and coordinating trades or maintenance as required
  • Keeping household supplies stocked and organised
  • General tidying and upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role within a private home, super yachts or luxury environment
  • Exceptional cleaning skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and naturally organised
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in both presentation and conduct
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with the building manager and trades
  • Excellent references from past employers
  • Full working rights in Australia

Job Conditions
