We're currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administration / Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering calls and handling customer inquiries professionally
  • Greeting and assisting clients in person with warmth and efficiency
  • Performing accurate data entry and administrative support
  • Responding to online enquiries and processing payments
  • Following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments
  • Assisting with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in storage or hotel systems
  • Familiarity with Sitelink software is highly desirable
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent phone manner and confident communication skills
  • Strong ability to follow up on payments and communicate firmly when needed

Availability: 4-5 days per week

Hours 8:30am -5pm ( including every second Saturday "with a higher pay rate on Saturdays" ).

Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles will be highly regarded.
