The Role

Tetris Labour Hire is currently recruiting for experienced production assembly workers who are not afraid to hit the ground running and work for a leading fresh produce company. Our Client is a leading distributor of fresh produce across multiple grocery stores, located in Silverwater & Flemington Markets.

Main Duties

  • Working on a production line - fast paced working environment.

  • Cutting, washing, bunching, weighing of fresh produce items

  • Quality checking to ensure no defects in produce or packaging

  • Rotation of allocated tasks to understand the process of packaging all kinds of produce

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • You must have experience working in a process or production role handling food or within a similar environment

  • Be willing to work in both ambient and cold room environments

  • MUST be willing to work on both 5.30am and 7am shifts

  • Have extensive knowledge in GMP Practices

  • Demonstrate good hygiene practices

  • Have high attention to detail and excellent dexterity skills as this role is repetitive

  • Have your own vehicle to travel to and from site (preferred)

  • Cantonese/Mandarin speaking applicants are highly regarded

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday casual shifts with shift times of 5.30am - 1.30pm & 7am - 3pm

  • Saturday work is also offered
