THE ROLE:

Paradise Resort Gold Coast are on the lookout for dedicated and motivated Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team

Our food and beverage dining outlets also include Jerry's Burgers, Deb's Pizza Shack, Poolside Café and Bar and our family restaurant.

Paradise Resort is all about fun and excitement for our guests, but also our employees.

We are currently looking for the following positions:

  • Barista: skilled and experienced barista with proven ability in latte art and speed of service
  • Bartender: Experienced bartender with proven abilities in customer service, upselling and knowledge of wine, beers & cocktails.
  • Tenders: Till tenders with excellence in customer service and up selling and experience POS systems.
  • Runners/BOH: A basic knowledge of hospitality Food & Beverage service with a passion and desire to learn and develop further.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (advantageous)
  • A current nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
  • A current Food Handler certificate or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
  • Effective communication skills
  • Personal drive to achieve service goals and expectations
  • Have availability to work weekends, nights and school Holidays as required
