The Role
- Acknowledge and assess strata complaints
- Dealing with any complaints raised with external regulators e.g. AFCA or the OAIC
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Carry out reporting and reinvestigate files
Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing complaints in the general insurance space is essential
- Strata claims experience is ideal but open to candidates from other lines of insurance in the general insurance space
- Legal qualifications are ideal but not essential
