- Monitoring group risk: Collaborate with executives and global teams to identify, assess, and track operational, financial, reputational, and safety risks.
- Tracking metrics: Define and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance measures to highlight emerging issues and trends.
- Managing incidents: Lead responses to risk events, maintain a centralised log, and integrate lessons learned into planning.

What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise: Strong experience in risk management, ideally within entertainment, events, or venues.
- Risk knowledge: Solid understanding of WHS, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Communication skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Reporting capability: Demonstrated experience creating tools, frameworks, and dashboards.
- Adaptability: Confidence working across multiple portfolios and navigating fast-paced, complex environments.
- Strategic mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
- Resilience: Comfortable with ambiguity and committed to driving continuous improvement.
The Benefits:
- A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
- A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
Equal Opportunities:
We are deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and supporting our people. In our inclusive workplace, you're encouraged to bring your whole self to work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a growing business, we support your professional and personal development, offering opportunities to learn and grow alongside talented colleagues.
