We're looking for Disability Support Workers and Mentors who can work independently with confidence, take initiative, and bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction. You'll be supporting individuals in their homes and out in the community, encouraging daily living skills, social engagement, and personal growth in a supportive and empowering way.

Each day will look a little different, but every shift makes a difference. Whether it's helping someone build structure in their routine, try something new, or manage challenges with care and patience, you'll play a key role in helping participants feel capable and supported.

What You'll Need

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children (Blue Card)
  • Current driver's licence and insured, reliable vehicle
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate
  • Experience supporting people with disability (including Autism Spectrum Disorder or higher support needs)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, confident, and adaptable approach
