* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Mandarin lessons.

* Communicate effectively with children, parents and team members.

* Assist in lesson planning, preparation, and feedback.

* Participate in pre-job and ongoing training sessions.

* Maintain a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom environment.

* 与学生、家长及团队保持良好沟通;

* 协助课程计划、准备与反馈;

* 参与岗前及在职培训;

* 营造积极、包容与尊重的课堂氛围

Basic Requirements | 基本要求

* Creative, caring, responsible and energetic personality;

* Enjoy working with children and have strong communication skills;

* Respectful, patient and understanding of children's needs;

* A team player willing to learn new skills;

* Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English;

* Working with Children Check (can be assisted to obtain);

* National Police Clearance;

* Currently studying or completed a Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Australia.

*Can Work Over the Weekends.

Preferred Qualifications | 优先考虑条件

* Understanding of Australian Curriculum or EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)

* Teaching experience with children or teenagers;

* Background in Early Childhood / Primary / Secondary Education;

* Ability to plan lessons and provide learning feedback;

* 熟悉澳大利亚课程体系或 EYLF(早期学习纲要);

* 有儿童或青少年教学经验;

* 具备早教、小学或中学教育背景;

* 能进行课程设计与反馈。
