The Role

We're looking for a Casual Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our weekday crew.

You'll work across Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches, handling premium residential and commercial jobs.

We value quality and efficiency — so if you finish your scheduled work early, you're still paid for the full day.

What You'll Do

  • Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing
  • Operate both traditional and water-fed pole systems
  • Follow safe work procedures and Working at Heights guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company standards

What We Offer

Commission Bonus for upsells and performance

Paid Full Day if all jobs completed early

Morning Shifts Only – No weekends or public holidays

What We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Experience with exterior cleaning preferred (training provided)
  • Working at Heights certification an advantage
  • Must have driver's licence and ability to travel across service areas
