Role Details

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Maintenance Manager will assist in overseeing production activities, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting a team to achieve operational goals.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on to support daily operations and team coordination.

What you'll do

  • Support health, safety, and environmental (OHS&E) compliance for employees and visitors.
  • Help monitor daily and monthly KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and help coordinate tasks.
  • Contribute to training and development efforts for the team.
  • Ensure work is completed in line with site regulations and standards.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a process manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Trade qualification or direct experience as a Fitter/Turner or welding.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and interest in developing leadership capabilities.
  • Experience supporting or supervising a team.

This plant operates on a 24/7-day basis, and you will need to be flexible to work additional hours as required, including being on our call-out roster.
