About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Burmah aggregation. Working closely with the Farm Manager, this role ensures administrative processes run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and communication flows effectively across the farm and the support office.

This is a casual position well suited to someone local who enjoys structured work, supporting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to a professional farm operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide admin support for daily farm operations
• Assist with suppliers, invoices, and onboarding new staff and contractors
• Keep records, compliance documents, and systems up to date
• Help coordinate logistics, parts, and general farm activities
• Maintain tidy and functional office and accommodation areas
• Promote safe work practices and support a positive team culture

About You

• You're organised, professional, and enjoy supporting a busy team. You'll have:
• Experience in administrative support (agriculture/agribusiness experience is a bonus)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors
• Confidence using business systems and willingness to learn new software
• A proactive, dependable, and professional approach to work

Training / Qualifications (Desirable)

• Certificate II/III in Business Administration, Agriculture or related field
• WHS and/or First Aid training
