About the Role

AFF is seeking a motivated and reliable Ginner to join our team at AFF Warren Gin, NSW. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cotton ginning process, helping to deliver high-quality cotton while maintaining production standards and workplace safety.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining ginning equipment, monitoring performance and quality, and supporting day-to-day activities throughout the ginning season.

You're someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in doing a job well. You have a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
