1. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related), with exposure to Information Technology preferred.
2. Over 15 years of experience across the Oil & Gas value chain, covering Upstream (exploration, production, integrity), Midstream (pipelines, LNG liquefaction, logistics), and Downstream/LNG (refining, export, regasification).
3. Proven track record in implementing predictive maintenance, digital twins, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and IoT-driven optimization.
4. Strong knowledge of decarbonization initiatives, zero flaring, carbon capture and storage (CCS), hydrogen, and Net Zero strategies.
5. Extensive client-facing consulting experience in ANZ, with excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, and advisory skills.

Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring talent, and establishing governance frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes.
