About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centered care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

Personal care & daily living support

Community access & social activities

Meal preparation & household tasks

Medication assistance & transport

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in disability

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children

First Aid & CPR certification

Reliable transport & valid driver's license (preferred)

Genuine compassion and a positive attitude
