We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who shares our values and is eager to contribute to our on-going success.

The Role:

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed, accurate estimates.
• Assist in D+C designs for estimating purposes.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Accurately assess material, labour, and time requirements.
• Ensure that tender submissions are submitted on time and meet the company's high standards of quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify potential issues in scope or design, offering innovative solutions.
• Conduct site visits where required
• Host successful tender hand over meetings to Project Managers, and provide ongoing support where required.
• Continue to develop and refine our estimating practices with innovative solutions that streamline processes and methods
• Office based role currently in Brompton, South Australia

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and commercial construction processes.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost estimation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
• A commitment to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
